  1. Think of a case that appeared in the news lately. Was that case federal/state, or civil/criminal?
  2. Notes over ch2-1, Federal & State Courts, and their jurisdiction.
  3. ASSIGNMENT: Given the structure of the Indiana State Court System, try to determine the jurisdictions. Look through the newspapers & try to find a case for each type of jurisdiction.
