  2. List Practice: Organize your Review questions for Lesson 1-3 into lists. Use a definition list. (hint: the question is the term & the answer is the definition)  Add styles to the lists.
  3. Be sure to finish the L4 Homework assignment either in class or at home.
  4. Turn in all late work.

FRIDAY 1-27-12– Lesson 3 Styles

ASSIGNMENT:
1. Take Lesson 1 & 2 Quiz 
2. Finish adding styles to your index.html page. They should all be styles from the L3 notes. Use a similar color scheme. (Styles go in the head tag)
3. Create a new file called l3.html & save it in your review folder. Answer L3 questions. Add an H1 tag that says Lesson 3 review. Put your questions in P tags. Use the break tag before each answer. Style the page using an internal style sheet when you are finished answering the questions.  (Internal styles go in the head tag. Use the styles in your index page as an example.) 
4. PRACTICE CSS: Open all of your review pages.  (intro, l1, l2, & l3) Create an internal style sheet. (style tags in the head tag)

WEDNESDAY 1-25-12 L2 PRACTICE

1.  Take Quiz L1 When Ms. B instructs you to do so

4. Check your H drive. Be sure your folder is  cleaned out. It should only have an index file & a review folder. Inside the review folder you should only have intro, l1, & l2.
4. TURN IN  Betty’s Bakery Site.

WEB II – Finish working on main site & portfolio. Remove all unused pages, pictures, and text. H drives should be clean when I grade the site. Index & portfolio are due this Friday. (If you are ready to  move on, you may go to the web II projects page and start the next project)

TUESDAY 1-24-12 – Lesson 2 Main elements

1. Be sure that you have a folder called review in your H drive that is INSIDE of your “mysite” Folder.
2. Open notebook. Setup html page with the main elements.  Save it in your “mysite” folder in the open. Save it as index.html. Add a title tag & an H1. In the body element write a paragraph about yourself. Learn how to add a horizontal rule & line breaks. Add meta data to your index.

Bellwork: Open, finish,  & SUBMIT your pre-production file in Edmodo.
1. Today we will learn HTML
2. When you finish, read this page to learn more about HTML.
3. Click for Intro to HTML assignment – Create your first HTML page. Answer each question and place them within the p tags.
TODAY: I want you to complete the HTML tutorial to better familiarize yourself with the different tags.
WEB II: We will work on our Main site for the rest of the week. I expect that all sample text should be replaced on the main page & that a portfolio page is created & linked in your navigation bar. There should be an about me & contact page. You may choose where to place this.  Do not put your phone number or address.

If you are finished start on our next project, a portfolio page. You can also add a portfolio section to the main page if you wish. Link your timeline & terms page to this. Please date them and add a description. Every assignment you do, big or small, should be added to your portfolio page. It is your responsibility to keep it up to date. I will start to put your grades in this week for terms, timeline, and usability. Next Friday you will get scores for index & portfolio. 1. GOOD & BAD WEB DESIGN – You will be assigned 1 of the 10 principles. Using ppt, create a short presentation that further explains your principle. Include several web sites that do, & do not follow your principle. You will be presenting this to the class
